In previous exhibitions I was looking for a tension between purposeful action with the big picture in mind and a discipline of small decisions made in the here and now. 

In this work I reversed that and broke the relation between history and form.  The images now filter a history of actions -- in fact they filter it out for the sake of a state of completeness and symmetry. 

The results are these very stable radial structures which evoke crowns and halos, floral emblems, crosses and natural kinds.
